Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Suprsuit AI work environment and related services (the “Service”) provided by Suprsuit (“Suprsuit,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Suprsuit provides software that runs AI agents on a dedicated node for your business. Agents may interact with third-party services you authorize (including Gmail and web portals) and will request your approval before taking sensitive actions such as sending email.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized to bind your business and to connect any third-party accounts (including Google Workspace or Gmail) you link to Suprsuit. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping approval channels (such as Telegram) secure.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep integrations authorized.
- Review agent drafts and approvals before they are sent or executed.
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms (including Google’s terms when you connect Gmail).
- Not use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
4. Third-party services
The Service interacts with services not controlled by Suprsuit (for example, Google, Telegram, banks, and business software). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. Suprsuit is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
5. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Service software. You retain rights in your business data. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Confidentiality and security
We implement measures described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that AI-generated output may be inaccurate and that you must verify important decisions (financial, legal, tax, or safety-related) before relying on them.
7. Fees
Fees, if any, will be described in an order form or separate agreement. Until then, pilot use may be provided under separate written terms.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPRSUIT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or risk to the Service. Upon termination, you may request deletion of data on your node subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this site. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
